Scoops Grinds - Collinsville

Moved to Collinsville recently and this is such an unexpected find in this small town. Coffee roasted in the next town over and ice cream homemade on site. It's such an awesome spot for Friday night ice cream treat and Saturday morning coffee.

I really enjoy their coffee. However, today I had an issue where they overcharged me a few dollars for my order. I addressed it. She said she accidentally typed in the wrong order and then only gave me a dollar back. I asked her to verify the price, because it was still off by a few dollars, and she said.. with tax it should PROBABLY be $8 SOMETHING. (It should have been $6.80, including tax. She was flustered wouldn 't ring it in to double check. She closed the window I didn 't receive the right change. Double check your change.

Thought it was an ice-cream store lol, to my surprise it's a coffee shop. Coffee is good comparable to Starbucks, about the same price

Don't get wrong, I love this place but last time I got a shake..let's just say I will be hesitant to order. Great staff, only had this happen 1× but it happened to a car full of family.

Great coffee, hands down, the BEST in town! Clean, great ambiance friendly customer service! Awesome place to kick back , enjoy ice cream, sodas floats, baked goods coffee listening to Country Music
