Red Top Bbq Chili - Collinsville

Been working on and off on the building across the street and would periodically smell the bbq starting in the morning so had to give it a try. The food tastes even better than the smell. Pulled pork was done very well and the wings were cooked to absolute perfection with the spice building up which is great for wing enthusiasts. Will definitely be returning again and would recommend Red Top to anybody passing by in Collinsville if the smell of the place doesn’t bring you in on its own! My wife and I went on A Sunday afternoon. We both had the half slab of ribs special. The ribs seemed to be leftover from a previous day and reheated. The ribs were really dry. The flavor was ok but did not have a Smokey Flavor. The sides, baked beans, potato salad were just ok. I was really hoping for something better. I can’t recommend. I’ve been coming to Red Top for awhile now, but today was my first time coming since they moved into their new location. The food was nothing short of amazing per usual! The owners are always so welcoming and they’re very deserving of their beautiful new location! Last night was the first time I purchased food at this food chain, and everything was perfect! The slaw was definitely delicious.The meat was flavorful and tenderI will definitely go back. Stop in and support this business because you will satisfied!
