Penn Station East Coast Subs

First try at Penn station they welcomed me and friendly I gave my order only thing they gave me the wrong size bread on one but the food was good ,so I do give it a 10

First time I've been there in a long time and food is just as good as ever

It took 20 minutes to get my sandwiches and the frits were hardly warm. I don't want to wait, but in the future, the frits will fall if sandwiches are made so hot!!

It was a good experience, it was almost time for them to close so they were out of French fries but I wasn't mad about it. I got a chicken cheese steak and my wife got a turkey dagwood sub, she is pregnant so they grilled the turkey for me at my request which I really appreciated. The staff was very nice and helpful and took care of my special request. I'd definitely go back to this location again.

Worker making sandwich was only wearing one glove and she was touching food with her bare hands. When I alerted the manager, he said they were really busy with a lot of orders and then went back to what he was doing. He never addressed the issue. Also when I asked for a refund based on my concerns over food safety I was told told there were ?no refunds? even though I had not received my sandwich yet. Finally, restaurant was a little dirty and tables were sticky. I would avoid this restaurant. Better, safer options are available. I went to Penn Station website to share experience. Hoping to hear from franchise owner as clearly the store manager is not the right person to speak with.
