Another amazing night at Seed 41! The food and the service are both top notch. The creativity put into the menu is just amazing! The menu changes frequently to take advantage of seasonal items. Everything on the menu is so delicious. We have thoroughly enjoyed every meal we've had at Seed 41!

Had a great dinner tonight. Service was superb. Great drinks and we loved the octopus appetizer truffle mushroom fettuccine!

A truly unique dining experience featuring exceptional service and remarkable cuisine. We started with an enjoyable selection of signature cocktails and then transitioned into a great collection of wines to accompany our dinner entrees. If you enjoy salmon then the Salmon toast is a must. Words would not do it justice so not much to say here. The Fall Squash Soup was hearty and at the same time silky. The Duck entree was impressive and offered fall inspired flavors, paired with apple, red cabbage and a flavorful reduction. The Shrimp Special Entree featured tender shrimp with a special selection of grains. The interior of the restaurant is small and intimate, so reservations are highly encouraged. However weather permitting they do offer a large outdoor seating section. We definitely can't wait to visit Seed 41 again for a great culinary experience in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Food is amazing and waitstaff awesome. Sadly, we will not be returning out of principle. I dropped an expensive, hand made alpaca and cashmere scarf on my way out. Manager contacted me within 20 minutes to let me know and ensured he would put it aside. Told me to come when they reopened on Wednesday. When I arrived, the scarf was missing and the person I dealt with was rude and condescending about the fact that I had the nerve to show up during closed hours to retrieve my lost item. No apology or recourse was given. Basically told that it must have been thrown away or put with the bar rags. Poor customer service.

Seed 41 is a diamond in the Litchfield hills rough. Reservations are recommend, and indoor and outdoor dining is available. The food is amazing, with the only downside being it's seasonal. I see no beet risotto on the current menu and it breaks my heart! I only ordered it to go along with my friends, but it was a *chef's kiss* meal with delicious creaminess and just the right amount of crunch. Each dish is beautifully plated and the menu makes it hard to just pick one!
