Worst food ever! Customer service is bad and the food is even worse.. The food made me sick..I threw most of the food away, I couldn’t finish it. I ordered Egusi with Pounded yam.. Never again!
*1st time customer* I didn 't want to waste a trip so soon as they opened I started calling to see if they had a specific dish I wanted. I tried both of the numbers- kept getting a message saying they 're open but on the other line. The text number- no one ever responded. Decided to take the ride, just know I had a 2nd option so it wouldn 't be a waste. Get there and it 's open. The man behind the counter is on the phone. Asked him was there something wrong with the phone and he says what do you want? He acted like he was being disturbed in a place of business. I wanted to walk out but wanted that dish. He continued to talk on the phone and almost tried to overcharge for my food. Everything he did and said was very rude. When it was ready he knocked on the glass and pointed to the food. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! but....THE FOOD WAS GOOD!!! I don 't know if I would ever return. If so I would need to pray and take a deep breath. It also won 't be no time soon. If you can keep going to other places that give terrible service. You mines well add them to the list.All that to say GOOD FOOD, BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Maybe get rid of that grumpy old guy I 'm sure everyone is talking about
Was my 1st time ever trying this type of food. I had the Egusi Soup and chicken with rice. The food was decent but I still have yet to compare it to Others. I can say that the chicken and rice was very savory The only problem was that they literally gaveme about 8 cups of rice with with 2 or three bite size pieces of chicken Very unproportioned. Other than that the food wasactually very delicious
When I arrived, the restaurant was open. The man behind the counter was on the phone. I asked him if there was an issue with the phone line, and instead of a polite response, he just asked, "What do you want?" He acted as if I was interrupting him at work. I considered walking out but really wanted that dish. He continued his conversation on the phone and even tried to overcharge me for my meal. Every interaction with him was quite rude. When my order was ready, he just knocked on the glass and pointed to the food. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! However, the food itself was good! I’m not sure if I’d return; if I did, I’d likely need to take a deep breath and prepare myself. It won’t be any time soon, that’s for sure. If you can find better service elsewhere, I recommend you stick with those places. In summary: GOOD FOOD, BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE! Maybe it’s time to consider replacing that grumpy old man everyone seems to be talking about.
