Don't eat! Bad service! Cold and raw food! Unprofessional manager. Refuse to remake raw food! My mother has cancer and they gave her the hardest time over her steak! She can't eat red meat and they sent out her steak bleeding and when she tried to replace it, he said they couldn't get her a new steak after that who sat wrong on the table almost 20 minutes, that's cross-contamination! KLOSE NOW!

Worst service and food ever! Me and my grandma arrived at 7:00 and waited 15 mins before the waitress came to take our drink order then another 15 before our drinks came back. The waitress finally came and took our order after 20 mins and waited over 30 mins for our food which was a waste of time because our food came out all messed up and old like it had been sitting out for a while! I would rate this place a 0 i will never be back

I'm writing this review not knowing their staff situation after Covid. I know some restaurants are struggling to find workers. So that said...We stopped in for lunch and there was a light crowd. Service was slow from the get-go. Got the drinks wrong right off the bat (no ice means no ice). Took our orders and when the salads arrived it was with wrong salad dressings. When they brought the meals, my husband's order came with a potato (he ordered fries) and the shrimp was overcooked, which made them tough. My order was fine, I had a pasta dish. So, if this is how they handle a slow lunch, I can't say I would recommend them for supper. Maybe they will improve as time goes by.

The WORST! My family arrived at 8:40pm. We where seated by the back of the restaurant by the swing doors next to the kitchen. She brought out bread. We waited 15 minutes for her to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes go by and she took our order for dinner. The drinks show up 45 minutes later (9:40). During this time an altercation happened with the employees inside the doors where we was seated. Every other word was a cuss word for 5 minutes straight while my kids were questioning why they are saying those things! The food comes out at 9:45. My children asked for some forks and she says we have plastic? Right after she gave us our food she said she was going to bring the check because they close at 10 and that she needed to pay it before then. Ok cool. Pay the tab (fastest service of the night).We try to eat our food and it was dry and tasted old. Like it had been sitting out for a while. I have pictures that they even look old. I mean we could barely even chew the chicken tenders and I have eaten here and at other locations quite often and have never experienced this. My kids tasted the chicken in their Mac n cheese and said they are nasty and they can?t chew it. We picked at our food and ate what we could(mostly sides). They had 2 other tables when we arrived and they left around 9:30. They had plenty of employees and the manager didn?t seem to care about anything going on in the store. Manager was garbage. Service was garbage. The food was garbage. I would have gave it 0 stars if I could.

We keep trying O?Charleys over and over because we do like the food. We have had inconsistent experiences. Once again, just before 5pm, we tried again. A nice hostess seated us and said ?Mallory? will be right with you. We waited 15 minutes and finally saw a waitress, possibly Mallory. She walked right by us without a word, to take drink orders from another table. There were very few people in the restaurant. She seemed to enter the order in the computer and disappeared never to return. More time passed. We finally left
