I got the Lobster Benedict, the only thing I happened to take a picture of. The lobster was really over cooked, aswell as the eggs. They didn 't run at all when I opened them. The flavor was missing on all parts. The only thing I really had astrong flavor of was the green onions. I took a bite of my grandmas plate. It was the biscuit and gravy from her Texas Plate. That was the best thing I had. We also got our bar drinks, mimosa flight and **** Mary, 10 minutes after we had our food. Wespent $84 and I won 't go back. It was over priced and not worth it.
Loved it! The pot roast and grilled cheese Sammy was delicious
Great place and definitely recommend a try. High quality food from the coffee to the ham to the jam included with breakfast. Pricey, but worth a try!
Weekday breakfast without servers Maybe just an experiment. I will try again as the food is impressive. Mr. Marvin, manager, stopped at the table and was very interested in feedback.
My first time dining at Black Walnut Cafe in Colleyville. Very nice atmosphere and lovely interior decor. The menu has a variety of items to choose from. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, which is served with coleslaw and slightly seasoned pickles, and a side of fries. You place your order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. If you have any allergies to or do not like certain seasonings, be sure to ask about the seasoning before placing your order. A BIG shout-out to the General Manager Marvin and his friendly staff for their great service! I really enjoyed my food, the conversation, and I look forward to seeing them at my next visit! Cheers!
