フィードバックを提供するIf I could rate this place a zero, I definitely would. The attitude of the employees is truly out of this world. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day and that things would improve next time, but my following visit was even worse. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for two minutes, and then a staff member with an unpleasant attitude told me, "GO AHEAD." I hadn't even said anything yet! So, I placed my order for mozzarella sticks and drove off. I’ve worked in fast food for a year and a half, so I understand how stressful it can be, but that doesn't excuse their behavior. However, I have to admit, the mozzarella sticks are absolutely delicious.
99.9% of the time i order deluxe nachos with extra cheese, i get the shortage of meat shortage of chesse... im no longer goung to be a customer ?
Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in years. Drove by and needed to get lunch quickly, and saw this location. Pulled in and got their new steak and cheese fingers and a shake. Service was quick, people were polite and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely a solid location, albeit maybe not designed well for a high number of cars (went back about a week later for dessert and there were cars all the way into the street trying to turn into the parking lot.
The woman working at the drive-thru tonight was extremely rude and dismissive when we placed our order. My partner asked for a basket combo, but she insisted that it wasn’t available, even though it’s listed on the menu as a "Combo." She repeatedly stated that we had to purchase the drink separately for an extra charge, completely disregarding what we were requesting. When we finally pulled up to the window, she openly called my partner “stupid” in front of another employee and rolled her eyes at us. The customer service we received was appalling and unacceptable. I can't understand why someone would take a job they dislike and then treat customers so poorly while being unfamiliar with the menu. We definitely won’t be returning!
Honestly, I wouldn't have given this place even one star, but I did. I ordered a small banana split blizzard during my ride. After traveling a bit down the road to enjoy it, I realized that there were only one or two tiny pieces of banana and maybe one or two bits of what I think was pineapple. That's all there was, and I'm extremely disappointed with what I received for my money. If this is how you run your business, maybe you should just stay closed, like you did the other day for maintenance. I definitely won’t be coming back!
