Costa - Coleraine

I always go to COSTA because I know I can rely on getting a great cup of COFFEE, the best toasted sandwiches, and delicious sweet treats. Their COFFEE is exceptional and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The restaurants are always impeccably clean.

A nice bright interior, lots of natural light from windows and roof atrium, usual cakes and pastry offering, could do more on gluten free options, mostly just a few of their prepacked choices. but coffee was nice

Nice and clean. Food was good and the coffee was nice. I am not a fan of the hot chocolate for over £4 is should at least taste of nice chocolate

The coffee and toasties at this restaurant are delightful. There is a worker who always brings my food and drink to my table, which is especially helpful as I have my daughter in her pram. Their kindness is very much appreciated!

We in fact didn’t feel welcomed as soon as we stepped into Costa making us feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should be outstanding from start to finish but at no point was it even acceptable. Customer service is part of an experience, which we didn’t receive.
