Cold Spring Dairy Queen

We purchased 4 blizzards last night. They were all rotten. We were told because no else complained that nothing was wrong with them. They were nasty! I still have the blizzards and you can smell the rotting milk. They said they would give four new blizzards but I am not sure if they switched out the ice cream and not sure I want to eat them any ways. Just giving every one heads up!

The owner threw a tantrum and complained about another customer in front of several other guests. Rude, childish and unprofessional.

I get its not their fault a car went through their dining room, but after ordering the 5 buck lunch, my hot fudge sundae was made immediately. So there i stand waiting, waiting for my food. I DO NOT eat my hot fudge sundae before my food. By the time i got my food and started eating, back in my car, i must add, my sundae is melting!! And unappetizeing!! I threw it out!!! My 2nd beef was there was BARELY ANY HOT FUDGE ON IT!!!! It did not even go all the way around!!!!! Never going to return!!!!

Our ice cream sat there as the gal at the drive thru took 2 more orders. Our cones were melting the blizzards...well let's just say when she tipped them up side down ice cream dripped out. You had to drink some of it before taking a bite. Not good!

Great service, friendly staff. Food and ice cream are ways great!
