I had a braised pork stew today at the Vintage After Hours food truck today. It was delicious from the 1st bite to the last. What a wonderful introduction to Chef Tim 's fare. They had an everything good cookie that I threw in the oven for a fewminutes. I didn 't even make it out of the kitchen before eating the whole thing. I look forward to trying out the restaurant.

The restaurant uses fresh ingredients to create dishes from scratch. Our waitress was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about assisting us with our dietary requirements (vegetarian and gluten-free). Vintage is a delightful addition to Colchester! We will certainly be back, especially since their menu changes often with the seasons. The decor is quite simple, but I’m sure they’ll add more touches as they grow. Below is the duck egg and biscuit, along with that night's dessert.

I visited the Vintage After Hours Food Truck yesterday and had high expectations. However, the $14 halibut rice patties were too salty for my taste. Unfortunately, I wouldn't order them again.
