Wow talk about rude and disrespectful employees holy smokes! Avoid this one and go to Pearl Street where the manager won’t yell at you because they don’t understand their own job. Filthy environment.

Donuts always stale but the employees are friendly and the coffee is good. The people hanging out in there aren’t always the most pleasant but overall it’s not

I ordered a coffee on the Dunkin’ app and forgot to add caramel, so the coffee only had almond milk in it. The lady at the Dunkin’ counter was so kind and helpful to kindly add the caramel for me even when I made the mistake to forget to add it to my order. I really appreciate the kindness, and friendly customer service. Thank you!

I 've gone to this place a few times. They used to be ok. The last two times were just bad. Once I ordered a coolata- and somehow there was literally no sugar in it. It was very weird and tasted very off. The last time, I put in an order through their app for a dozen donuts (I picked them all out) and a sandwich. I paid for everything online. I get to the drive thru speaker and tell them I have an online order. The woman says yeah, we don 't have them . Oh ok, what kinds DO you have? None. Literally NONE. It was early afternoon and they had nothing, according to the surly worker. It was just bizarre. I really wonder if they were completely out of absolutely EVERYTHING, or if she just didn 't want to deal with customers, because that 's what it seemed like. She was not helpful or forthcoming with any information and not even a single sorry . I said I had paid for everything already and I needed my money back. She almost acted offended that I would even ask for that. I 've heard some stories about the Dunkin locations in Chittenden country being really horrific, hygiene-wise, and especially with this place, I don 't doubt it.
