フィードバックを提供するA travel advisor tipp has led us to skip the many beautiful restaurants in colares to taste the student restaurant in our hotel (sarrazola) and we were glad that we have died. I thought the appetizers were small, but cadry cake on salad, and a generous part for the...main dish (cod with pasta and cilantro for my wife and the bun filled with chorizo etal for me were filled). my puff bakery dessert was excellent, although I had regretted some how the aroma of fresh watermelon overcomes from their dessert selection. wein, water and broth added to the meal and the espresso to complete it. big deal for 9 euro per person.
We came too late to try the meal, so we went to the village, because there was no taste food, we were happy to enjoy the other day offer for fish in sarrazola. with local weeping we wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.
This hotel is part of the epav college and on Tuesday and Thursday they offer a menu for 8 euro. this is part of the training for the students. we went on Tuesday, May 20 for the first time and had a meal. the justity for a 5-star restaurant in Iissabon would do. we started with an amuse sauce, followed by coriander soup, tuna steak with beautiful vegetables and then a trio of chocolate, wine.water and coffee. we were waiting for expert wise by the trainers who were attentive and charming. I can't wait for our next visit.
O Restaurante Sarrazola é o tubo de ensaio da Escola de Hotelaria, aqui se pode degustar por um preço simbólico os ensaios dos estudantes de Hotelaria supervisionados por um Chef. Desde a escolha dos vinhos à confecção da comida tudo é excelente. Recomendo vivamente a quem goste de boa gastronomia, com a vantagem de ajudar a formação de futuros profissionais pagando por isso um baixo custo. Todos ficam a ganhar fica o repto para outras escolas porque não fazer o mesmo.
Ficou muito à quem do esperado! As entradas, ovos mexidos com queijo e o vinho branco, típico da zona foram o ponto alto do jantar! Quer o prato principal como a sobremesa foram uma desilusão. O prato principal, macarrão, era só isso mesmo macarrão, massa e mais massa. Estava frio, com ar de que tinha sido aquecido no microondas. A sobremesa era demasiado simples. O empregado e a cozinheira era super simpáticos e atenciosos!
