On December 28, 2023, around 11:15 pm, I witnessed a surreal scene in your restaurant at Alma Shopping, around 11:15 pm. I was sitting at a table and the employees were outside the counter when suddenly an employee ran towards the counter, JUMPING OVER it to enter the restaurant (a thin boy with an earring in his ear, he had no identification) !! His attitude showed that it was certainly not the first time he had done it! I didn't react for a few minutes, in disbelief at the situation, when I decided to look for the restaurant's phone number to speak to the management. I called, one of the employees answered saying he was the manager and I went to meet him at the counter (a stronger guy with a short beard who was also unidentified). This employee was outside the counter next to the other and saw everything that happened. I told him about my indignation with what happened and I was even more indignant because after all, if I was talking to the restaurant manager, it means that the employee who jumped over the counter knew that the manager was watching him and still felt uncomfortable. feel free to have such an attitude... Deplorable, lack of respect, lack of understanding and above all a HUGE lack of hygiene and professional ethics. Fortunately, I'm not a customer of this restaurant and quite honestly I never will be because from what I saw, the employee's choice was as wrong as the manager's choice was. In short, unacceptable!!

The take away order, through Glovo, was incomplete. Without the extra mayonnaise, honest mistake, but also without the juice, which is just an integral part of the menu. And in these situations there is no refund.

O serviço é o tempo necessário. Não há coisas com pressa. A comida sabe. O oposto acontece no fórum de Coimbra. Ainda não pedimos, já estamos a pagar. O hambúrguer mal tocou na grelha já está no prato. Está tudo com pressa. Nas compras alma Coimbra as coisas são feitas para saborear e desfrutar.

Eu fui 16/04 e o hambúrguer foi sensacional! Não diferente, excelente serviço de chef turno!
