I originally gave these guys a 5 star. A year ago.I am now taking that away....The last few times I have come here have become less than for service given.This time we came to eat here mainly for the patio to enjoy the sun and river. It is the sunniest and nicest day this week. The manager says the patio is closed. So we sit next to the window so we can enjoy the view.While we are eating they seat a couple people outside. So we asked the manager why weren't we able to sit outside. Her response is well I'm the manager and I changed my mind.Customer service is dying. And now i will probably never return or promote this place.This is Coeur d alene idaho. You should be striving for great customer service and showing off the upscale life and beautiful surroundings.If I could rate 0 stars. They would get just that. No stars.

We asked to be sat outside and they told us no because there wasn 't enough servers, which makes absolute sense!! That 's fine.But Midway through our meal, We watch them take a group of women outside to the patio and let them sit out side and served them.This was really disappointing as we 're sitting at the window watching these people eat outside in this wonderful weather enjoying the riverviews.When I spoke to the manager up front she said they changed their mind. And we 're allowing people to sit outside.I 'm sorry but that 's so messed up !!!!We are loyal, paying customers, We always support this business, and recommend people to this place, Just for us to get treated like dirt. FOR NO REASON. LITERALLY.The manager didn 't even try to resolve it or make us feel better in any way... Other than just telling me she changed her mind and let them sit outside.Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible management.I 'm really upset. As a manager telling people NO you need to hold that standard all the way across the board. Not make exceptions for certain people and not others. Very, very BIASED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNFAIR.RUINED the whole experience and will never be coming here again.

I have celiac and this is one of the only places that i never have to worry! amazing food and there cold brew is also amazing! great job guys! love it here

Loveee it, the waiters are really nice and there gluten free waffles are the bestt waffles in the worlddd even better than the gluten one . The view is amazing to.Parking: Parking is free if you go to eat at le peep... just show them a picture of your license plateKid-friendliness: ?
