Mcdonald's - Cocoa

It was a pleasant experience, although it took longer than usual to receive our food since they were quite busy. Everything was great, and we will definitely be returning.

Every time I visit this restaurant, my order takes a long time to arrive, which defeats the purpose of quick service. Additionally, my burger is never centered properly; it always hangs over the edge of the bun. Plus, their French fries are rarely fresh.

Very busy because it is right before the port. but the operation runs very smoothly. I love it!?

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. I didn’t receive straws for my four combos, and I was also short a portion of fries. When I went to the window to request them, the staff member didn’t let me finish speaking and just handed me a bag of fries while dismissively saying, “bye! bye! byeee!” in a rude manner. I politely mentioned that I still needed four straws, and she replied, “I have two!” and only gave me two. The staff seemed to be in a bad mood, but I don’t think that’s fair—they shouldn’t take it out on customers who are simply asking for what they ordered. Since this was my first visit, it’s also going to be my last.
