7-eleven - Cocoa

I frequently visit this restaurant and always have a great experience. The staff is kind and has a good sense of humor. I can see why some people may have had a less favorable experience, but I've always enjoyed my time here.

I stopped by this location this morning after visiting another store nearby, only to find that they were out of my favorite cigarettes. I had been told that a new shipment would arrive the following day. Upon arriving at the second branch, I walked up to the counter and positioned myself in front of the clerk, who was busy stocking inventory. After waiting a moment, a gentleman approached the counter very close to me. I politely tried to get the clerk’s attention, knowing she couldn't see me from where she was. The clerk recognized me right away and was quick to assist with my transaction. Unfortunately, the man next to me tried to push ahead and get served before me, completely ignoring the fact that I had been waiting. I then had to assertively mention that I had been in line first. Thankfully, this didn’t seem to phase the clerk, who handled the situation well. I appreciated that she was attentive and eager to ensure I got my preferred brand of cigarettes. It felt good to let her know that I had stopped by twice just to find them and that I was grateful her store had them in stock! The clerk was friendly and seemed genuinely invested in providing a positive customer service experience. Overall, this visit turned out to be wonderful for me, and I wish I had caught her name! I just hope that this lovely young woman, who was working behind the counter at 6:00 AM on Tuesday, January 21st, knows how much she brightened my day. Thank you!
