Thank God for employees who are truly customer service oriented. I am a physically disabled senior that needs a cart to shop. Was told by cashiers and courtesy counter people there were no carts available for handicap people. Three are broken and sitting near front door. The greeter, who also had a slight ambulatory problem, went to other side of store to get me a mobile cart. Thank God for compassionate people. It is these workers that keep me coming back!!!
I like the Walmart I can't say I've had any unpleasant experiences there. It's a queen store and customer service is always on point where do you go to do money orders or cash checks is normally managed pretty well the grocery store part of the Supercenter Walmart tends to be a bit lacking. They seem to be out of items very often and there are times trying to find some of your more favorite things can be a bit challenging if they even have it. However the pharmacy is always on point from what I've experienced and they always have plenty of automatic machines that you can ring yourself up on available their cashiers could be raised and have more available they have plenty of lines most of in which are not in service we're having people actually running them but overall and considering its location it does have to kind of Supply for a significantly large area without a whole lot of competition or other grocery stores predominantly in or around its vicinity or perimeter that could be of any competition such as a giant or anything like that without going to far away there are plenty of other grocery stores further south but within a 5-minute radius not really and if there are they tend to be kind of stashed and hidden nothing really off the main drag or as predominantly busy and with all the accessibility and as it calls itself a super Supply Center where you can kind of knock more than one bird with one stone. So that's about what I can say nothing negative for the most part just a bit lacking.
Walmart is very convenient. I mostly get all my groceries from here. And pretty much everything I need is available here. I love Walmart because this one place has all the stuff I need. Prices are very good compared to other stores.
It’s a so so experience every time you go to this Walmart. Getting three stars for the simple fact you at least walk out with 1 of the items you were looking for. 90% of the time the staff either doesn’t know something(or even try to help really) and passes the buck to others. Don’t get me wrong, there are some really good people in that 10% and would definitely like to have them work in my companies store. I’d probably look at putting more time allotted to properly train the other 90% cause I’m sure at least half of them would become phenomenal. Take care.
