Taco Bell - Cockeysville

I've literally been here over a hundred times probably. I do a lot of orders just for myself and for work. When it's a small order everything is usually right. When it's a large order there's often something missing. I don't even deduct a star for thatbecause that's par for the course for every fast food chain I've ever been to. Fast food restaurants just don't do well withlarge orders as a rule. They're always friendly and just take my word for it when something's missing. Sometimes they ask forthe receipt though. The food is made very well at this Taco Bell. Some Taco bells are skimpy, but not this one!

Taco Bell is always a go-to for me when I need a quick satisfying bite on the go. In the area for work purposes a week ago around lunchtime (1 pm). Went through the drive through. Ordering and receiving food was really quick. Employees/ customerservice was friendly and professional. Upon checking my bag before leaving the drive through window, I noticed they mistakenlygave me 1 taco instead of 2. Perhaps they misheard me during ordering? Upon notifying them, they quickly made a second, swipedmy card for the extra one and I was on my way? the whole experience (even with them rectifying the mistake) probably took 2-3minutes. So I would say this location is pretty efficient. A smaller location. 2 Supreme Tacos and a small drink for around $8.

This crunchy snack pack had very few beans in it and definitely doesn't live up to expectations. The other items varied in quality; some were enjoyable while others missed the mark. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and the service was good.

Taco Bell is truly my guilty pleasure, and this location is the best in Maryland. The staff is fantastic, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I can tell that the team puts in a lot of effort, especially during these challenging times. I really appreciate this place.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered a spicy potato soft taco with extra potatoes, and the potatoes were icy and hard. After taking a bite, I returned the taco to the store to see if they could remake it properly. Instead, they handed me the SAME taco I had just bitten into, only adding more COLD potatoes! When I asked the manager if that was acceptable, she simply shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word to the cook. Instead, she just processed my refund as I requested. This isn’t the first time I’ve received cold and stale food here!
