I bought a 12oz capuchino and I got only half of the cup. And this is so expensive for this amount. Not buying again

I got a iced chai with cold foam, and whoever the barista was working that day was on point ? I took one sip and ascended. I'm a student and there's literally nothing better than getting a drink that's not watered down and you can enjoy before going to study. I wish there was some way I could leave a survey of the order directly, but to the barista thanks for the delicious drink, I hope your pillow is always cold and your week is awesome

Came in this morning to get tea for my wife and coffee for myself. My wife?s came out fast, I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. The employees kept telling me it will be up soon, even while other employees were standing around. I got tired of waiting and ended up leaving without my order because I had my wife and 1 year old in the car. So you?re Welcome for my apparent donation.

This location has went downhill fast. I'm a customer that's here same time everyday ordering the same exact drink. Here recently over the last 2 weeks everyday my drinks are horrible. Never made right anymore. It's so puzzling because I used to never have an issue with this location that's why I keep coming back hoping for change but I don't see that happening

I ordered extra Carmel and ribbon crunch. It was not extra there was barely any on there and this is not the first time they have done it? when u ask for EXTRA they don?t apply? then I called the manager, and she says ?it?s probably on the bottom the worker just confirmed it?s on the bottom? why would I call if it was on the bottom??????????? CLEARLY NOT EXTRA
