Starbucks - Cockeysville

I really appreciate how quickly my drinks are prepared and delivered with a friendly touch. During the Fall, I enjoy their blonde roast coffee, and in the summer, I often opt for an iced latte with a pump of caramel. The app for online ordering is straightforward and convenient, and my drink is always ready when I arrive for pickup. The staff inside and at the drive-thru are consistently kind. Don't forget to tip your barista!

My order took an incredibly long time to arrive. While most of the staff were friendly, the woman handling my order seemed deliberately slow, and I got the impression that she didn’t want to sell me a box of coffee.

I'm not sure what drink recipe they're using, but it definitely isn't like the other Starbucks locations. The drinks are disappointing. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here (and it will be my last), as the drink tasted terrible and was nothing like what I ordered at a different Starbucks. I’ll have to go back to the York Rd location to get a decent drink.

I bought a 12oz capuchino and I got only half of the cup. And this is so expensive for this amount. Not buying again

I got a iced chai with cold foam, and whoever the barista was working that day was on point ? I took one sip and ascended. I'm a student and there's literally nothing better than getting a drink that's not watered down and you can enjoy before going to study. I wish there was some way I could leave a survey of the order directly, but to the barista thanks for the delicious drink, I hope your pillow is always cold and your week is awesome
