Mcdonald's - Cockeysville

Pretty fast and cold ride thru, never had problems, but I usually order in the evening and after midnight

This mcd has been really great for a while with even fresh food at night...but I really got hot but dry stiff fries tonight. Some lady over the intercom told me she didn 't know what to tell me and to come around. Had to explain it again to Josue who is a Star player and asset to this team which deemed me to keep this review 5 star. He reordered Actual fresh fries like it 's supposed to be made with a positive and Responsive attitude. Thank you Josue ! 1/5/22 11pm

The staff were friendly and attentive. Our food was fresh and ready when we arrived. My kids enjoy ordering their own meals and paying with my bank card, and the staff were really helpful and patient with them. The kiosks were user-friendly, and my 8-year-old was able to navigate one on his own.

This location is exactly what I expect from McDonald's, unlike the ones in Towson and Timonium. I go out of my way to visit this place because the service is friendly, quick, and my orders are always right. They even provide napkins and dishes when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you!

This McDonald's has had its ups and downs in the past, which is to be expected with a changing roster of staff.
