Food was delicious, with a relatively short wait time. The hanging kebab was exceptional! The young waiter with glasses gave us excellent service will definitely come back here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Unfortunately a place that serves good food and drinks is overshadowed by the service and waiting times. I arranged a suprise birthday meal for 7pm and after 2 members of our party went up to ask if we could order, our food order was finally taken at 7:45. Food started to arrive at 8:30 and it was 8:50 by time all 7 of us had the food we ordered. In the time we were in there we seen another couple leave after being forgotten about, and a family of 4 complaining that their kids were really hungry. I have had a bad experience here before having drinks on a Saturday night, but I put that down to how busy it was. But after having this meal on a Tuesday and the restaurant only being half full when we first arrived, I know now that wasn't the reason. I felt bad having to complain to the two senior members of staff as they were clearly trying to run the ship on their own. The rest of the staff working that night were no help to them whatsoever.
