フィードバックを提供するWe arrived at the restaurant and were initially put off by how dark it was, but we decided to give it a chance. Upon entering, we noticed that the booth seating was worn out and the vinyl was in poor condition. We ordered drinks, but there was only one type of rum available. The drinks were served in small glasses, one of which was mostly filled with ice and had no taste. When we tried to order food, we found out that they did not have the ingredients for stir fry or quesadillas. The waitress seemed embarrassed and explained that they did not receive their shipment until Wednesday, even though it was only Monday. After finishing our drinks, we left. The menu was difficult to read without using our phone's flashlight, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. It was disappointing and in need of a deep cleaning.
We had two fantastic 8-inch pizzas at this restaurant. Our waitress, Becca, was exceptional and provided excellent service.
The food was bad and the drinks were low quality. I will never return to this restaurant. There are better options in Cochrane than this place.
5 adults 2 children ate on outdoor patio after a visit to the Wolfdog Sanctuary. Our relatives visiting us, LOVED seeing the inside of the Sports Bar with so many big screens and commented they would spend much time there if this was available in their home town in New Jersey!! It was a very busy hot Sunday so we chose the patio. The intermittent spray to cool off was neat , although at our table it tended to drip onto the high table. We were warned food would take longer than usual, but to be expected when staffing shortages for kitchen and waiters is the new norm . Our waitress went above and beyond in meeting our needs.
We visited the Cochrane location on Augusr 12, 2022 for a late dinner. The first issue we encountered was that it was so dark we had to use the lights on our cell phones to read the menu. My husband ordered the prime rib special and asked for medium rare cook on it it was uncooked in the centre. When my granddaughter reached the bottom of her drink she discovered an ant floating in the bottom of her glass. When we brought this to the attention of our server she apologized and asked if she’d like a different drink to which my granddaughter responded “yes”. Once my husband paid the bill, I noticed that we’d been charged for the drink with the ant in it. When I approached the server to question that, she replied “that’s our policy as the alcohol was gone”. What kind of policy is that? Is it an insect policy? In addition, when I visited the ladies room to wash my hands, the tap had a leak and soaked my blouse. We had heard god things about this restaurant but will never return. The only saving grace was our server Becca who was very friendly.
