Tanya is simply magic using food amped up with nutrients and taste to support and boost the body in the healing process! She is very knowledgeable and uses her skill and intuition wisely to meet you just where you are in your journey and slowly opens you up to a different and healthier way of being. Her focus is to make things easy and sustainable so you are not overwhelmed. Her energy is infectious as she cheers you on from start to finish!
I LOVE Tanya 's recipes!! They truly are a work of ART. She takes really nutritious ingredients and turns them into your favourite junk foods that you aren 't supposed to eat . As a naturopathic doctor, I 've always struggled with making healthy food taste good enough to crave everyday. Tanya 's recipes are so good, that my husband started to cook them too. We barely use my old cookbooks anymore!
