I've been there several times, and I always find that the staff are very accommodating to my grandkids and their requests. I had the HP sauce meal, which I really enjoyed. I'll definitely be back!

I've been at this place a few times, hoping every time it's gonna be better, but I'm done now. everyone is always so miserable and rude; I only treated a nice lady who didn't sigh and her eyes rolled on me when I ask for something as simple as serviettes. They usually don't even say hello.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but that's the second time back that I had a terrible experience. first, the waiting time is ridiculous, even if not busy. the last two times when I'm gone, they screwed up my order, and once twice in a row. the second time when I got it before I left and took the burger I asked for clear and just turned the bun, it didn't even put it in a new box. there were distinctly different flavors in the box it came both on the bungalow and on the taste of pickles on the burger. the chocolate shaker was unusable, literally like sirup cost. it was very disappointing. we will not visit this milk queen again. it is simply not worth the money, which is so ever. literally flushed $25 the drain.

I went in around 9:30 for a quick snack, and I noticed that the staff were joking loudly among themselves about unrelated topics, which felt a bit unprofessional. They were also tossing objects around, which added to the chaotic atmosphere. However, putting that aside, my food was prepared quickly and correctly, and the young lady who served me was very sweet.

I had the unfortunate to stop here twice in the summer I thought I would give them a second chance, and it was their last. the personal is incredibly rude. I've been thanking both times for my business, and when I thank the employee for my eating, the answer was yes. I get you not working your dream job, but that's not my fault. they also don't hear, my (simplified) order was both wrong. I asked for a reception both paintings and got no one. I also do not expect a life-changing eating to change. but eating was bad, and I usually like dq.
