One of my favorite places to eat in Southern Illinois. The food is so good. I highly recommend the Benny Bowl as well as the blueberry lemon Dutch baby. Be prepared for up to one hour wait. There is plenty to do next door at Packrats (consignment shop) as well as Wine Trail mercantile. Once inside Iron whisk, the space is tight and it is noisy but totally worth it!

We had a fantastic experience at this charming country restaurant! What made it particularly special was the diverse selection of delicious brunch and lunch options available. We tried the Blueberry Dutch Pancakes, and they were absolutely delightful! Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was excellent. They provided us with a pager, so we took the opportunity to browse an antique store next door while we waited. We're definitely looking forward to returning to this fun spot in the countryside soon!
