Starbucks - Clovis

Chlorissa has excellent customer service and is so friendly. Made my day!

This Starbucks is frequently out of items to make drinks, and also shuts off mobile ordering fairly regularly. The inside is ok but not kept in pristine condition, although the staff is all top notch. Overall 3/5 it’s tolerable but has areas needing improvement.

Too long for walk-in, only priority to drive through. The walk-in customers should be given their time in the line and not wait longer they should.

Each time this location starts to improved it backslides. What is the issue? Staffing, ovens, cold drinks take longer? I’m currently in the drive. 1 car ahead of me. I’m at 27 minutes. Crazy!!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Also, the drinks are subpar compared to other locations. Even when I order online I have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes from when my drink was supposed to be done.
