The burrito wasn't fully made. I paid extra for additional bacon, but it seems like I just got bacon bits, and the portion was quite small. The burrito itself was on the smaller side, and the cheese wasn't completely melted. Sorry, but that's the reality.

The meat in the quesadilla was burnt and tasted stale. I recommend saving your money and choosing another restaurant. While the asada fries were decent, I was still quite disappointed overall.

The food was terrible. The quality has really declined, and they often forget items from my order. Additionally, the prices are outrageous considering the poor quality and small portions. I'm very disappointed with this place, and it just keeps getting worse. Prices keep increasing as well.

I ordered the asada fries and my sour cream came chunky and very expired. I was not happy and couldn't eat my food. My chips were also very stale. They tasted like plastic. But my churro was good and my soda was good. Lol

This location has poor customer service. I have been here approximately a total of three times, each time the staff have been rude but tolerable. This last time was what really did it for me as the person giving me my food practically shoved it in my hand aggressively. I was taken aback as I had not made a complaint at all so the attitude I was receiving was very unnecessary. I was also given the wrong food item. I did not go inside to request the item to be remade or ask for my money back as given the attitude I was initially given made me believe it was not worth it. I just will no longer be coming to this location, even if it is closer to me. It saddens me as with other locations it has been nothing but positive experiences.
