Guadalajara Kitchen - Clovis

Great place. The young man who waited on us was very polite and great service. The food was very good and full of flavor. Cheaper than the other big food chains and better food here at Guadalajara's. We will be back for sure!!!! Pray the food is as good next time we go...

One bite of the rice took me back in time. The enchiladas were jusy the same. I remember eating at the original. What wonderful memories! Thank you!

The joy that filled my heart to see Guadalajara reopening is hard to express. I have such wonderful memories of the old Guadalajara, when I was a kid. I would beg to go there every time I visited Clovis. We were in Clovis for three days this week and I went to Guadalajara for a meal EVERYDAY!! The staff was warm and welcoming and the food was just like I remembered. Delicious homemade salsa and unlimited chips. Ground beef enchiladas with red sauce are my favorite. The guacamole is fresh and without extenders (onions, tomatoes, sour cream, etc). And then there is the grand finale...sopapillas with honey. So yummy! So perfectly hot and fluffy. Sounds like this test kitchen is just a warm up for a great restaurant next to Big Lots...coming soon! Can't wait to check it out next time I am in town. Thanks Mike, Kirsty, secret sopapilla maker in the kitchen and the rest of the staff. We love Guadalajara!!!

Solid 3/5. Food is pretty bland and tastes like the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in awhile. Service was great even if our server did wear her mask like a scarf....

This was our first time dining here and I have to say we have no complaints at all!The food was awesome and the server was very attentive. Will definitely go back!
