This Clovis location is generally quite good, but during our most recent visit, the chicken was very dry. My mother, who is 89, had difficulty biting into it. Fortunately, the management was having a meeting, and I spoke with the manager from Visalia about the issue. She promptly replaced my mother's meal. Overall, I found her to be a good manager.
It appears that the quality at this restaurant has declined. I ordered the Pollo Bowl, and there was very little chicken in it. The rice and beans were also quite watery. Additionally, the salsas are no longer self-serve, so you have to wait for someone to bring them to you. They have also discontinued the mild salsa, which is disappointing for those of us who can’t handle the spicy options. Not everyone has the stomach for that!
I was here yesterday hoping for a better experience. I bought more than $26 food, I had to park and wait for the food when I came home, I realized that she had me an old dried chicken as it was yesterday. The rice was the same thing he was dried and I couldn't eat it. It ruins my lunch because I could eat. I was so disappointed you weren't here yesterday and you were wasting your money.
The order took 15 minutes. The chicken was dried and seemed old. I'm gonna try and give them another shot. Maybe short staffed. They put avocado in the keto burrito even though I asked please no avocado. The double chicken bowl was okay, the chicken was a little dry.
