No body can touch Arby's Jamocha Shake. Been a fan for about 35 years.

The worst service.... whoever was on the car thru went around with her family who was driving thru order spot, keeps things up. I'll put my order, go up and say I have to wait for Pommes. The pommes were frozen and half of my order was wrong. Because when I came home and it was after graduation, nothing could happen tonight about our dinner. I hope they enjoyed their dinner while we did not.... Thanks Arbys,

I ordered 2 milkshakes one came out that I was told that the other would be about 5 minutes because of their machine. That's okay, but about 2 minutes later my other milkshake came out when I pulled my mother at the top on one and noticed how milky it was. Worst milkshakes I've ever had was terrible and didn't send you to the house I didn't want to wait in this line behind 10 cars again.

Great customer service. No Mayo on my Brisket sandwich.

Five cars plus us wait over ten minutes we still wait) . We just ordered two shakers. We live nearby and will come back to NIE. Keep away from this Arby. Very bad service!!
