フィードバックを提供するThe owners don?t make the correct drinks so they can save money. I came in for a cappuccino blast that is not made with milk. I told him to not put milk because i didn?t like it the last time he made it and i knew that was the reason. It never comes withmilk, been drinking this drink for the past 10 years. he said no because putting the coffee concentrate is to expensive. So itold him that?s not how it?s made. I called baskin Robbins corporate and they confirmed it does not come with milk. He refusedto make the drink the way it?s supposed to be made and the way me, the customer would like it made to save money. So he?s mostlikely taking advantage of all his customers to be cost effective. Never will i ever give that store my money again

To begin with, the owner of this restaurant consistently gives me attitude whenever I try to customize my coffee. For instance, just adding mocha drizzle seems to drive him crazy. This morning, I accidentally dropped my frozen coffee, and I felt completely embarrassed. I attempted to clean it up with napkins until the owner took it upon himself to grab a mop. Instead of offering assistance, he scolded me for ruining everyone’s morning and made the customers wait, then charged me for a replacement coffee! It was clearly an accident, but the customer service here is a definite -10. Happy Friday!
