La Blanche Hermine - Clisson

We appealed to the White Hermine, pastry shop in Clisson, for the climbing part of our marriage on April 30, 2022. Having chosen a marine theme, we wanted a sailing piece. Jean-Philippe created a creation that amazed all our guests, a magnificent sailing boat, as beautiful as delicious to savour. Great art! Congratulations and thanks to Jean-Philippe and Émilie. Excellent pastry and listening. Our wedding piece was splendid, sober and elegant and especially delicious (the cabbages and the nougatine). Peanuts dessert was also of great quality, very tasty. I can only recommend.

A wide choice of pastries, better than others. Their chocolates are also excellent. Also offer Italian ice. A lot of good things I highly recommend.

Pastry of very good quality and very fine with a sugar dosage just as it takes. It is felt that the pastry chef is a passionate about seeking associations of unusual flavors but all better than others. We were only 2 days' journey to Clisson but we came back to refueling so we were enchanted. Sir is in the furnaces and ma'am at the counter. They complement each other perfectly. An address to advise without hesitation even if outside the store does not necessarily pay a mine. Feel free to go home and taste! A craftsman worthy of this name!
