Buffalo Wild Wings - Clinton Township

Weather for a late night dinner with my girl and her two boys. That way Dad can have his drink watches sports and they could have some good food my two kids absolutely loved it there they even brought them out some paper and crayons to draw with. The boys liked having TVs everywhere, the waitress was super nice took her time, got our kids food, while me and my girl talked and took our time ordering. An I was even able to get a beer glass to go home with.Kid-friendliness: The waiters and waitresses were all extremely friendly to the kids and made sure to say hi to them and talk to them when they spoke to them asking them questions.

As we all know when it comes to franchises some locations are run better and well managed. This is one of the good ones. They sauce the whole wing and don’t cut corners. No gripes, complaints or concerns. This one also has the Thai curry sauce. It’s hot with a strong body and flavor. Eat this sauce after the other ones. Big Blue out.Parking: Ample parking with a parking lot next to it in the later hours that can be used for over flow with some common sense and respect to the other business.

It was super busy when I came in, but damn. The service from one person in particular was abhorrent. I understand being busy and I was super patient when I was told 5 more minutes and waited 25 extra minutes on top of that. Again, I understand it was busy. I kindly asked Jackalynn (I double checked to make sure I spelled it right) to check my order and her sigh was louder than the patrons of the restaurant. I was not disrespectful in any way and this is how I was treated? Slamming the computer screen and storming off….left a bad taste and experience in my mouth dealing with her. Lost my appetite, I should have returned the entire order. Everybody else was great and very nice given how many people were waiting for orders and to be seated.Also, after arriving, the order is wrong.

Ordered from the BWW website when they first opened for the day. Order was delivered on time, but it was missing part of the order and some of the items were not as ordered. For $128 you 'd expect better food. Cold dry chicken, wilting lettuce. I called about the missing food and talked to Kevin the manager who told me he could not replace the missing items but could only give me a refund and I would have to reorder. So I reordered the missing food so everyone could eat. I have never been to this restaurant and now never will. Poor customer service. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Only gave it one star because it wouldn 't let me post the review without it.
