フィードバックを提供するI had a terrible experience with the service, which was both rude and unhelpful, especially since they were the ones who messed up my order to begin with. When we brought it to their attention, even the manager was quite unpleasant. I certainly won’t be returning.
The chicken tenders were overcooked to the point where even my dog wouldn’t eat them!
This restaurant used to have great food. Tonight, I wanted to go inside and place an order, but the dining area was closed. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. I noticed that their food safety rating has dropped to 90. When I finally got home with my two-piece white platter, the chicken was incredibly dry and overcooked, making it inedible. I hope the owners can improve their management before the business faces serious issues and has to close down.
Love Popeye's but the experience is getting worse and worse. The last few times the order has been wrong. Today i placed an app order to pick up in the drive thru. From speaker to window took 20 mins and then was informed that half my order was not available. Staff was not willing to replace missing items with something different. Location is going downhill. I know i am only one customer but i am done with Clinton Popeye's.
This place is so slow I've had time to look them up and write an entire review on them. There are like 4 cars that are just waiting for food from the drive thru and sitting in the parking lot. 2 employees working at 5:30 on a Monday?! We have been waiting 20 minutes and our food still hasn't came out. Don't come here unless you want a dine in eating experience because they are insanely slow. Oh wait you can't dine in because the lobby is also closed at dinner time. Give me a break. Also this was a MOBILE order!
