The fries were cold and hard. I ordered a 2-piece fish with fries.

I'm glad it's not the same as it was many years ago.

The dining experience at Captain D’s was disappointing. The shrimp basket tasted old and the bread was both hard and greasy. The cheese sticks seemed to have been fried and reheated. Even my 9-year-old refused to eat the food. I am disappointed considering the rising food costs. It was not a rushed visit either.

The service was very slow. there were several promotional signs for the double dozen garnels were everywhere. but they told me they didn't have any.

They have such great customer service! The food is great and if they make a mistake with your order they’ll fix it right away!
