フィードバックを提供するI paid extra for a large order of fries, but unfortunately did not receive them. Additionally, I had to wait 15 minutes for a Bo-Berry biscuit.
Must have had someone new working the drive thru because my order was completely messed up. Did not realize iy until I got home. Good job bojangles. Your just as bad as Mcdonalds. Your 3.7 rating makes sense.
The food is good but the service is slow. The employees are nice but the waiting is so long. Maybe they need quicker equipment, or employees. Maybe there's to many customers, idk. Just don't go unless you like to wait or if there's not many people.
Jamie was our cashier this morning, and I hope she will soon become a shift leader. She was a delight to meet - a very sweet young lady. It can be difficult to find establishments with such pleasant employees these days, but this store is filled with smiling faces and excellent manners. I will definitely return when I am in the area and spread the word. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean, which is also rare these days. I believe Jamie and the rest of the staff deserve raises. Thank you to the staff for providing a great dining experience.
The food is decent at this restaurant, but I have a problem with the prices quoted at the drive-thru. Multiple times, I have been given one price when ordering, only to be told a higher price at the window. This happened again this morning with my husband. It seems like they may not be adding taxes initially, but the management needs to fix this issue. When we have complained, they deny giving us the lower price. However, we have proof of the exact amount quoted (on the screen as well). This is the only restaurant where I have encountered this problem. Make sure to double-check your total before driving up to the window.
