I recently dined at this Mexican restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and, most importantly, the delicious flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine made it a five-star experience. Highly recommended! Best mex food everrrr???

Went to check out Bitol on a friend's suggestion. The restaurant was busy and had an energetic vibe going. We had a reservation and were seated right away. After bringing water, our waiter gave us time to look at the menu. When he returned we ordered drinks and a small appetizer. Our appetizer came quickly, but we were still waitng for our drinks. The place seemed understaffed a single bar tender for a crowded bar and restaurant, and I think only 2 servers/wait staff. We eventually got our drinks but by then had finished our appetizer (tostaditas). The tostaditas were unremarkable. The drinks (Jasminetini) were very pretty, and tasty, though they seemed to lack alcohol. The restaurant temperature fluctuated from cold to warm which was oftern uncomforatble (a neighboring table had their coats on) When dinner arrived our meals were tasty, the skirt steak was prepared nicely with a bit of a kick, the Puerto de Mariscos was a bit spicier than expected and the blackened sea bas would have been inedible without the refired bean puree accompanyment. Overall it was an ok experience, but I don't think we'd go back

Upscale restaurant in the shopping strip. Young atmosphere with modern Christmas music playing. Our waiter, Antonio, was fantastic! So attentive without hovering. The food is unique but with standard Mexican flavors. The tomatillo salsa was outstanding! As if they made it right now, just for us! I will definitely return!

Been here a few times now and while a little pricey for Mexican food, it is pretty good. Their chicken enchiladas are my favorite entree, and the queso and breaded cauliflower are my go-to apps. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with the churros. Bitol has a very relaxed atmosphere and doesn’t get too crowded, but it is probably best to make a reservation. And if you are fortunate enough to visit during the holidays, be sure to try the holiday drink menu. I highly recommend the snowflake.
