I could do it without the fish cake, but the rest of the meal was fantastic. The pig was perfectly boiled and strongly seasoned, the ramen broth tastes like its for days shimmering to give all the different flavors together to create something amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. I'll be back as soon as I can! Five stars!
Best ramen I've had in New Jersey. Had Blackbeard Ramen and it was superb. Made it spicy and added egg. Broth was so yummy. Noodles were thin. Service was great and fast. Very inexpensive too.
Love the RAMEN soup! The staff is very chill and the soups delicious!!!! I went back within 2 days and might go again today with this snowy weather. Oh another this is it’s BYOB
Great ramen spot! Visiting from Las Vegas I'm very picky with my ramen, this place was approved by my taste buds ; all joking aside, great spot, on the smaller side ...maybe 4 or 5 tables but worth the wait.
After traveling to Japan in 2019 and sampling ramen in Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Tokyo it has been difficult eating ramen in NJ again. I used to really like Ani Ramen but the broth is now flavorless to me. I'm very happy and thankful to have stumbled upon this establishment. After eating at a few North NJ ramen restaurants I've felt like it's been long overdue to give this place 5 stars. It ISN'T perfect (like why can't you guys split my egg for me? but it's well worth driving the approximately 1 hour in traffic to get this deliciousness on my taste buds. THANK YOU for existing!!! PS: Sorry for the photo, it was after I started eating.
