Mr. Chicken - Cleveland

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. They messed up my order, and when I got home and realized the mistake, I called to express my concerns. Instead of trying to make it right, the staff made me feel unwelcome and as if I should not return. The manager I spoke with was unhelpful, confrontational, and didn't even bother to share her name before hanging up on me. After this encounter, I have no desire to return or trust them with my order in the future. It’s clear that this restaurant is poorly managed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes out of business in the next couple of years.

Today, we visited Parma and chose to dine at Mr. Chicken. We live about an hour south of Parma, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely fantastic—especially the biscuits! The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the entire experience was! We made some great memories today, and I'm so glad we finished off our day at Mr. Chicken. I also want to give a special shout-out to Paige; she was an absolute sweetheart. We will definitely be returning!

So we came to Parma today and decided to eat at Mr Chicken... We live about an hour away south of Parma, the food was to die for...Especially the biscuits!! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was so friendly!!! And don't even get me started on the WHOLE experience!! So we definitely made memories today and I'm so glad we topped off the day with Mr Chicken!! ALSO Wanted to give a shout out to Paige she was a total sweetheart. We will definitely be back!!

I was having a very rough day and This worker named Paige gave me the best customer service I ever had! She's such a sweetheart and she made my day! I'll be coming back to see her! The food was delicious! Thank you Mr. Chicken crew!!

Awesome clean food fresh nice lady put up with my many refills and I dined in which was pleasant. Coleslaw to die for typical 3 piece meal all good.Parking: Corner lot but decent parking an old Gulf gas station but ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking on north side
