Your players card levels up, and at certain tiers, you can even win a promotional cruise! Jacks has so much to offer. It's also enjoyable to bring a friend along to experience the music. They serve great food that you can pay for with your comps, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is top-notch, and I always leave feeling like a winner, regardless of whether I've won or lost, thanks to all the perks.

I've personally noticed that the slot machines can be quite unpredictable. You go in with a specific amount of money and, as long as you're prepared to lose it, you won’t be disappointed. If you do end up losing, just head up the street where the atmosphere is friendlier, or vice versa. I'm not sure why it feels this way, but it does for me. I also wish it were easier to get drinks like Coke or coffee, since I don't drink alcohol. Overall, though, I had a good time.

It was a decent experience, although I don't participate in gambling. I simply appreciated the surroundings. The staff at the casino were extremely courteous and understanding regarding my service dog. They were more accommodating than other places I've been to. Thank you!

This is my favorite Cleveland region casino. It's just very unique and very nice/well kept. You can't get the same atmosphere anywhere else around. A must visit if you are in the area. I even enjoy the smoking areas here.
