Horrible!! Waited in line today for almost 35 minutes and I was in KFC before any of one. The manager is so unprofessional, same as he was the day before. This KFC has really fallen off.?
The manager had a terrible attitude! They hung up on me and never answered when I called back after they messed up my order. This place has the worst service in Cleveland! The staff is just as bad. I wouldn't recommend eating here! July 22, 2022.
