I would give one star but I’ve had better days, but This is the second time in a row that we’ve gone to Hartz (drive-thru) and the chicken tenders and fries were dryer than the Sahara Desert. You couldn’t get juice out of that chicken if you grind it through a juicer! The fries (the little they do give) were overcooked and greasy. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get home to this. So I called..The manager is rude with a hundred excuses why the chicken is dry. I could have eaten a bag of salted peanuts after work and been more satisfied than what I am with my order. I USE to buy from Hartz often but lately it’s been horrible. I think I’ll start going to Canes. At least they always serve fresh food!

The inside of the place is open Friday Saturday and Sunday. Only the drive thru is open the rest of time. That's ridiculous. And the line is always wrapped around the building. Every other hartz chicken in the area is open on the inside. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The buffet at this restaurant looked delicious, but I opted for some fried livers instead. They definitely give you a generous portion, with plenty left to take home.

This was my first time trying Hartz Chicken Buffet and it was delicious! The staff did a great job with the cooking. The service was excellent and I dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $30-50. Keep up the great work, Hartz staff!
