Hibachi Express - Clermont

I think it's crazy how it costs .35 to .70 cents for sauce, but it's not even filled on the way. They wanted to ask for an extra, and they said they were all filled in this way? if you have to pay us for the sauce, then it should be filled all the way. Four sauce cups is equal to one: full sauce cup. I was hoping this could be another sushi place I could eat but not afterwards. Fancy Sushi is better price and the sauce cups are filled all the way. It doesn't matter to pay extra for sauces, but what it looks like it should be free. It looks like someone used sauce because there's nothing in it.

Fantastic stroke of luck stumbling upon Hibachi Express. Nice people with great food in a cool, clean, modern restaurant. Being my first time I ordered fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice. It was excellent with the white sauce . Next time I 'll grab a lunch special. See menu photo.

Decent experience. We tried them out and ordered Chicken Hibachi with veggie rolls. The salad was tasty. The chicken was slightly overcooked and almost burned but since we prefer well done, it was fine. The veggie rolls were delicious. Seating was plenty and clean inside. Service was friendly and the server checked on us regularly. Their dinner prices are somewhat reasonable however felt high for the food and location.

First time I've been here. Service was fast enough, They brought the food out to your table after you ordered. Sushi rolls and meals were good. Soup was good but too spicy for me , I like pretty Mild flavors. it is right off 27 on the east side but not very visible from the highway

Good food, very similar to major Hibachi restaurants but so is the cost. It 's a little pricey considering it 's a express . Nevertheless, friendly service, quick to the point menu, good tasting food gives this place a A+. inside its modern and cozy. I ordered to go, food was packaged carefully in presentable containers. (Not Styrofoam) This spot is a excellent addition to the Minneola area, I am glad to see it here!
