Gator's Dockside - Clermont

Fantastic restaurant with amazing wings! On Mondays, they offer all-you-can-eat wings and fries at an unbeatable price. The staff is outstanding; they put in a lot of effort to ensure every guest is well taken care of. And let’s not forget the manager, Eddie, who frequently checks in to make sure everyone is satisfied with their food and service. Two thumbs up!

The grilled wings were fantastic as usual and I tried the Parmesan Crusted Mahi. It was cooked nicely and the whole dish was delicious! The potato bites on the bottom were crisp, but a little soggy from the Asian cheese sauce. It's a little expensive for what you get. I can't believe that the blue cheese and celery is not included with the wings, but the food is always great. My Mahi dish was a little over price for the amount of food received, but the quality made for them.

Gators is great, great people and food. Eddie the manager always takes the time to come and chat with us. Susan the bartender is always on point and Devin the server is so real.

We absolutely love this place! We flew to Florida for a wedding and craved a Bloody Mary every day! The bartenders were fantastic—Desirea, Randy, and Ellie (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were all wonderful! The food was great, and their personalities truly made our experience special. We also met a woman named Miss Terry who offered us a new perspective on life! We will always share our stories about this place! If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would! Update: Manager Paul reached out to me. He was very kind and explained a short staff situation. I totally get it. Lately no good quality staff stick around. He listened to my concerns and was more than willing to make it right. Our family will try again. Especially after I heard that he (the gm) was in the kitchen helping.
