Bojangles - Clemmons

I do not recommend the biscuit and gravy from this location, it was not edible and part of the reason for the 1 star review. The poor condition of the women's bathroom (per my wife) is the other reason for the 1 star review. I have NO complaints with Bojangles typically but this location is dropping the ball for sure.

Let me say that when my order was messed up and not done properly I had the pleasure of dealing with the assist with the managers Drew and z and between the both of them they made sure that my order got out when it needed to be Drew knew he wouldn't be there the next day instructed Z to be able to have things taken care of when I got there and the meal was swiftly prepared by all of the personnel which did a great job and five star service all the way

Is it a thing now to get charged for getting one sauce with your meal ?

Restaurant full of flies and service was extremely slow. May have been understaffed at the time. The manager was filling in a lot. She was great.

Food and service good. It's about time for some physical updates.
