Domino's Pizza - Clegg

When I called to place my order, I was sent to an automated service (which I wasn't impressed with but unfortunately, this is becoming the norm. The automated service told me 20 minutes. When I arrived at this location 30 minutes later, I was told it would be another 15 20 minutes. You could feel the tension, but it wasn't their fault. Having been in F&B for 20+ years, I recognize to look of weeded chaos.. The only woman on the line was HUSTLING, and everyone else was moving at warp speed. When I came back in later to get my order, they were still weeded, and my heart went out to them. Their automated system was letting them down, and they were just having to get thru it. Good hustle tonight guys! I hope you can work out a better system with corporate. I only saw a glimpse of your night, but I've been there b4 you were all hustling and it showed...

Does not deliver to houses less than a mile from its store. The last two times I have tried to order on a Friday and Saturday evening delivery was unavailable. I will stick with Marcos from now on.

Excellent customer service from the employee who answered the phone to delivery driver. Order taker advised me it would be 45min to 1 hour and I was cool. What was better was they took about 30min. I'm impressed with the service here.

Call and place a order for delivery. They told me it would be about 45 minutes. It's been 2 hours and 45 minutes and still haven't gotten here and can't get anyone on the phone. This is the second straight time this has happened so I guess I'll have to start ordering from Papa John's even though I like Domino's better

This is the Domino's location I prefer, even though it's not the one closest to me. They've never gotten an order of mine wrong, and I haven't even gotten a stray unwanted topping!Everyone has been polite when I pick up an order, and I've never seen anyone not wearing a mask or wearing one improperly during the pandemic (granted, I've only gotten pizza a few times in the past year, but it's something, I suppose).
