Tijuana Flats - Clearwater

The food was really good and being that they were not very busy I would have thought I would not have had to stand by the front for over seven minutes waiting for someone to see what I was there for with my tray in hand and cup in other. All I wanted was a box and a refill on drink. A girl walked by several times in back and I know I was seen but was the look of disgust on her face like I was a problem for her to see what I needed.

The food is amazing,the portions are amazing. The staff has been nothing but great and helpful everything I've been in ..indoor and out door seating ..the quality of meat is just apsalutly amazing ..the steak actually looks like tastes like steak because it is ..just a great place ..taco Tuesdays is where u should be on Tuesdays..great deals

BEST FOOD EVER!!!!! Everything we ordered was exactly like what they would show on a commercial! Our tacos were cooked to perfection and every side was completely full to the lid. This was perfect service all around. I cannot express how hard it is these days to find an establishment that does a GOOD job (mistakes with your order, rude staff experience, etc), yet here this place is providing BEYOND AMAZING service!

Unfortunately, one member of our group opted not to eat at the restaurant because the only vegan choices were black beans or refried beans. The fajita burrito was underwhelming, and we felt it would have been better if they just offered fajitas instead. Additionally, my partner was misinformed about the shrimp tacos, expecting grilled shrimp but receiving battered and fried shrimp instead.

I haven't visited Tijuana Flats in a long time because there are none in the DMV area. I always enjoy having a meal at TF when I'm in Florida. Unfortunately, this time I didn't leave with that same satisfying feeling; the food was just okay and somewhat disappointing. However, I'm sure I'll still return in the future.
