Pete Shorty's Iowa Bistro - Clearwater

I have been living in this area for a few years and had never visited this restaurant because it always appeared to be too crowded, which is generally a good sign. However, on Mother's Day, I decided to give it a try with a group of 14 people. The menu looked appetizing and the ambience was pleasant. However, I felt that the staff were unprepared and overwhelmed. Unfortunately, my food was forgotten and I had to wait until everyone else in my party had finished eating before I received my order. I requested for my food to be packed to-go, but when I got home, I realized that my burger was missing. Despite this disappointing first experience, I am willing to give this restaurant another chance as the menu seemed promising. However, I cannot give it a five-star review based on my initial visit.

This was my first time dining here and I was impressed. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the menu options. The food tasted homemade and the prices were very budget-friendly. A great dining experience overall.

The meal at this Iowa restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a pleasant lunch with wonderful service and atmosphere. Both of us ordered the pork tenderloin with pommes. We will definitely come back again.

I would give zero stars after the treatment if I could. I ordered from you yesterday, and the loose meat pete was decent. I turned around and did it again today through doordash. it was the worst experience! I didn't spend $30 on anything! it was filthy! I paid for a cheese, it had no cheese. I didn't ask for a scavenger he had to. I even called walk and offered after I paid them a delivery fee from my hotel to bring them the müll and they did it right! Instead, I was told that I tried to survive you! here is a picture of the tasteless flesh and shed that they gave me! it's much better with cheese should they change their recipe a little?

The food is good, it’s more comfort food than fancy.Friday fish fries are very popular and one of my favorite meals.Other recommendations include: pork tenderloin sandwich, Pete and shorty burgers (sliders), tater tots, cheese curds, French dip, and grilled cheese sandwichThere is indoor and outdoor seating.If you are a female be sure to check out the painting in the ladies restroom.
